ginny, their time will come. i honestly believe that the SEC will eventually get to this case. i'm sure there is plenty of information available to assist them in such an effort. the well in particular was clearly over hyped. one of my favorite email excerpts:

That period will probably include most of the winter months as things slow down then anyway. The company tells me they feel comfortable in attaining a disposal rate of some 12,000 bbls per week within that timeframe, and moving up from that point. That 12,000 bbls rate, if extended to 52 weeks, and if that disposal rate commanded only an average of $10 per barrel, would amount to over $6.2 million. That's good, and it would only be the beginning as the company currently views it.
