Per Yahoo, the consensus estimate was a loss of $.35 per share.

The actual loss was $.38 per share. However, the company's press release makes the point that when you adjust for certain non-cash charges, the pro forma loss was $.27 per share. I don't know if these charges were included in the consensus estimates. The stock was oversold and made a nice recovery today.

The recent price weakness is disturbing, although it came on small volume.

Some patience is in order, IMO. Since HSAC is tightly integrated with Charter Communications, it makes sense to ride this one through the IPO (another month or so). HSAC will benefit significantly from Charter's imminent success.
