A momentary fit, for which I have already apologized here. But at least one woman -- the one I'm married to -- doesn't fight fair, since whenever we start to argue she goes off and says she loves me, which completely diverts my attention from my well crafted arguments and insightful bon mots. No man would ever try to get out of a good argument that sneaky way! And keep in mind that my generation was indoctrinated in ways which still tend to emerge in moments of high emotion. Remember Professor Higgins!
