Comments on Gemstar, G. Moore, etc.

Good morning.....not much time today. Couple comments:
1. I notice you guys were encouraged over g.moore's upbeat comments on Q as a gorilla, as was I; but you neglect to mention his continued vision of Rambus as holding IP rights on the next DRAM standard thru Intel's mandate. Still, Rambus is not a gorilla, not this year.
2. Gemstar has potential; have been following N.Y. Stew's comments on Gemstar over on Yahoo. Need at least 2 things.....resolution of litigation with TVGuide and with Set-top manufacturers, and need widespread use of TV as internet access tool (ala AOL and use of dial up modem access)......MIke, when do you think the earliest will be that these two events take place?
3. Jerry, (Downsouth) very best to you with JDSU; by the way, what is your assessment of JDSU's valuation? My next purchase will probably be JDSU, or still more Q.
4. Looks like Intel is finally getting its due; the Oct-Jan run should be fun.
