Depends on what you mean by volume. AMD is aiming for one million Athlons by (or in) Q4. But in early 2000, when their new Dresden fab ramps up, their capacity will have doubled. I personally think AMD is trying for eight million Athlons per quarter by the end of 2000.

AMD's current capacity in their Texas fab is 5000 wafers per week. The new Dresden fab will also process 5000 wafers per week, if I remember correctly.
