...OR REFUND MY MEMBERSHIP FEE!

I am a paying SI member, but I have not been able to log-in to the new SI site ever since it went online last week. Whenever I try to log-in, I get various error messages saying there are problems with my username or my password. This means I that for one week, I have not been able to use any of the services I am paying for.

I have been patient, but I am getting fed up. I have been emailing SI support, but all I get back is form-emails with instructions to try things that don't work: "Passwords are now case-sensitive -- blah blah blah -- go to this url and change your password -- blah blah blah." I triple-checked that I am entering my password and username correctly, but SI just keeps sending me the same message to inform me that passwords are now case-sensitive. When I went to the URL to change my PW, the URL gave me a 404! When I reported the 404 to SI, they said "Oh, sorry, we are working on it." THIS IS GETTING REALLY OLD.

(Btw, the only way I am able to post this message is because I have stumbled onto a way to log in to the old site. I am not using the new [beta] site to post this.)

So basically, SI hasn't done anything to fix my problem. All they do is send me bullshit emails saying they are "working on it." This has been going on for a week and I am getting sick of it! Either fix it so I can log in OR REFUND MY MEMBERSHIP FEE!
