Hi Donald : I'm with you , more recently I posted on how poorly
the XLP sector was doing in spite of this bounce.
Ever since April and the "Crossed Swords" I have felt the market
has to fix taht divergence before it's over.
It has tried ever so slowly but the divergence remains, most of
these newer DVI signals I see are very short term, and don't
cover the depth of the move.
While I really like the DVI , and it makes a lot of sense to me
I know it's not been tested very much.
I still consider this bounce to be a relief rally too, and will
play it very cautious till I see that XLP join in.
The XLF is also sickly, if it's a bull market I expect to see
all sectors going up not just a narrow part of it.
The S&P futures don't look as bad this morning, but the NDX
futures are down, got to run and drop the bid on my short cover
of the QQQ. I closed yesterday still long the UOPIX, but went
short the QQQ right at the close.( fully hedged )
Jim
OPPS; They just popped the futures up on both..it's wild !
