It might be worthwhile to revisit the acquisitions that NITE has made in 1999 for those who may not be familiar. Those purchases probably, as you point out, will drive the revenue stream in the next few years. Would you take the time to briefly give your take on those acquisitions?

All so Pasternak and gang could grab a few extra bucks." ___________________________________________________________ Morgan, there is something called libel and defamation and your quotes are a fine example. As you know, companies can subpoena a poster's ID from their ISP. Don't get me wrong. I, too, like Morgan's posts. I assume he likes reading mine, although he won't admit it. We've had some heated disputes and we've had agreements. I don't believe in censorship, I'm just asking for a little responsibility... not only to this board, but to the Chairman of the Board of NITE. A lot of people read these boards, including management. Morgan seems to enjoy having cultivated a following and spends an inordinate amount of his time posting here. Despite claims that "you don't think you can influence the markets through message boards can you...", his posts probably suit his short-term position (long or short) at the time, and I DON'T FAULT HIM FOR THAT -- I'm long NITE and tend to be bullish also. Sometimes he hangs his token disclaimer out there: "BTW, I'm short now." And sometimes he doesn't. BUT! When he doesn't (and who can believe a message board "disclaimer" anyways), and I sense he's got motive in his posts, I'll call him on it simply because I'd rather have a balance here. On the plus side, this board has become more active in the last few weeks even though NITE's trading behaviour has been getting rather routine ("Gee, another 9% down day?, Yawn" - If you can handle this downturn, you're ready to start playing with derivatives). NITE moved up nicely so far today, but maybe it's another one of those head fakes that we've seen every day for the last 4 weeks. BTW, Did you cover your short position, Morgan? Retta, may I suggest that you try to use a little less condescension on this board: ---"Wake up, and try to use a little more class when you post on this board." You should re-read Morgan's libelous and defamatory remarks... I merely responded. If you think his remarks are particularly classy, I'd like to know how... well, I'll stop here. I've worn out the subject and it's time to move on to the business at hand (NITE's trading).
