You no longer have to pay the outrageous price of $1.29 per share. Cheaper now and there should be a few million shares available. Don't resist a bargain, BUY, BUY, BUY..

I was glad to read the Woody was stepping down, but disappointed by the reason for stepping down:

"Elwood G. (Woody) Norris is stepping down as Chairman and is not seeking reelection to the Board of Directors due to his youngest son's recently diagnosed needs for long term medical care and treatment. We all extend our best wishes and prayers to Woody and his family during this difficult time."
