said the rise in the Bank's July manufacturing survey prices paid index to
a near 4-year high is "a bit worrisome" in that it comes at a time when
"most inflation indicators are up" and amid "a lot" of uncertainty about
whether more moderate economic growth later this year will be enough to
keep inflation from rising.
