That CIBC Research Report is for CIBC's "Institutional" clients. It addresses only those participants with "big market cap". The institutions can't buy a meaningful position in "small caps" without moving the price significantly. So, they don't usually invest in small caps (except via PP's, etc.). Note that CIBC's report makes no mention of several participants -- HTP, KOB, TMK and PYRX (i.e. all of the small cap companies, those which offer superior leverage and higher risk). Hopefully, when CIBC does their next report, all of these juniors will have grown up and be "big caps" too so that they also can be covered !! <gg> Have a pleasant day. Later, grayhairs
