I will not argue any of these points. You are very correct. as for my cases I bought JACO after watching a very strong run and a very good trading day on a Friday, I believed the pattern was similar to FORE takeout so I bought, at the high. Since I still have it, I obviously did not follow any rule and trade out. The subsequent gap downs blew past any exit I had in mind and so here I am still holding. Happend too fast to really do much about. Only good thing is it is a very small position so I have taken a WTH attitude. CS, I am oh so comfortable with holding. Takeout or not, every month or so you can trade this from 12 to 15. Not worried. COMS I sold at profit and moved on. Never convinced on takeout.
