Several brokerage houses have put out slogans such as :"BUY THE CHIPDIPS!"

Yes - buy the chip dips, especially the Intel dips.

Personally, I believe MU is worth about $20-25, max. The stock defies all logic but IMO that doesn't change its inherent value. MU is a money losing machine with no signs of profitability in sight. The world wide glut of memory which began in the fall of 95 is at least as bad today. Yes, there have been short periods of memory prices firming...but they are very short and the long term down trend remains intact. At any rate, good luck.
