GV, RE: Actually, it means more than you think. I would agree with Elwood about the lt rating. In most cases it really means nothing. In the case of MUEI, the 3-3 rating does prevent ML brokers from soliciting for its purchase without mgmt approval. A ML Neutral rating typically suggests price appreciation expectations of +/- 0-10% over the designated period. Until the switch in analysts last night, Dell had been rated 2-1 with a last published price target of $50. Bob
