Alright, I'll reconsider. I'll concede that Sure has a point. The reality is that the company is already representing the interests of the shareholders. Our lawyer has not indicated that it will be helpful for shareholders to proceed singly or as a group, so unless he does, I'm going to back off. The last thing I want is more court battles. My purpose is not to be malicious or intimidating. The whole point is that many of us shareholders are darn tired of what we've had to endure because the band renegged. I feel we deserve, and the band deserves, the benefits of a negotiated settlement. All I want is for the band to recognize that it's going to have to settle sooner or later, and the sooner it does, the better for everyone. The band has the power to end their nightmare now.
