So, what do the technicals say about today's move...up about 3....and a welcome move it is. I saw news on iMedia's CherryPicker product acceptance. I eagerly await your prognostication....mostly because I bought half a load of this (much higer) and am ready to average in for more. TIA Charlie

Good Luck to longs Harlock, Thanks, I need some now. Been long since late last year just before Gilder put TERN on his list. Thought I was so smart... until the DOCSIS 1.2 delay. I think your read is about right. A couple of questions for the thread: 1. Does anyone have any first hand experience with TERN products? I'm aware of the relatively limited number of US cable operators using the technology, but am hoping somebody here has actually used it. I'm interested in any comments on ease of installation, use, and reliability. 2. Does anyone have any opinion on the likelihood of TERN ever making any inroads with the likes of a Cox, or Time Warner or TCI? It seems to me that a big contract win within the US is needed for the stock to get the profile it needs to really begin to move (up). Take care -- jack
