Rick, that was at least 6 months ago, I will try to find the post, and will post it if I do find it... basically, a big holder would offer more shares to sell than there is demand to buy driving the price down... this starts a downtrend momentum at which point the big holder stops the selling allowing the downtrend momentum to take it's toll on the price to lower levels... the big holder then starts buying back at a lower price that he/she identifies as the buying point... this of course will make the price start climbing... however, the average would still be lower than what he/she sold at... Jim Thompson also posted a link (on this thread) from RagingBull about OTC BB being manipulated towards the end of the month... same concept, but requires less volume... best regards amein
