XSNI is not required to be a reporting company until May 2000. Even then, they can chose not to file and have the shares traded on the "pink sheets."

I have two questions for Robert Manning. First, what assets does XSNI actually own? Secondly, why don't the X-Stream press releases include the ticker symbol XSNI?

Common sense would dictate that XSNI does not own X-Stream. At $32 per share this morning, FREE is valued at over $3.2 billion. Each of their subscribers is being valued at approximately $2,471. If XSNI actually owned X-Stream and there were only 34.0 MM shares outstanding, the stock would have a value of $29.80 per share (410,000 subscribers times $2,471 per subscriber divided by 34.0 MM shares), assuming that it received a valuation comparable to FREE.

The markets are often inefficient, but if XSNI actually 100% of X-Stream the "smart' money would have moved this stock up. Right?
