I listened to the conference call announcing the acquisition and my impression was that this acquisition will add to earnings right from the start. The CEO said that the dilution of shares because of the acquisition would be more than offset by the earnings of CRT. Their machines sell for $75,000 to 250,000. He could not at this time indicate the sales of CRT, but it will be announced in a few weeks. He said that CRT,s customer base reads like a who's who of Silicon Valley. I'm trying to figure out what I should sell to buy more PHTN. My plan is this. When PHTN gets to the $20 rage I'll consider swapping out some PHTN for EGLS, or another good stock like MTSN.

Its funny though, I have been telling my friends for months to buy some PHTN and the response I get is a big yawn.

Good luck, Jerome

PHTN still holding up well. There has been much publicized about shortages in the FPD market. It could be that as manufacturers expand FPD production they will need a lot more of PHTN's testing equipment.Just the thought of shortages is enough to drive the price up on most any stock. I would expect this stock to be moving to the 20 range before the next earnings release. If someone has other theories please post them.
