It is INCA leading the charge once again. I have called Bob Spear and left a message. He is on jury duty and expected back in a few hours. His secretary indicated she knows of no negative news. there were some block sells of around 25,000 by someone else besides INCA earlier. I couldn't tell who the market maker was because the trade was conducted outside my level 2 screen.
