Good point about two markets. The Morgan Stanley decision seems to have radically altered the premium US investors will pay for EWM in terms of the actual KLSE.

EWM trades on the AMEX so it has a specialist, not a Level 2 book.

I will hold this until the forex controls are lifted. Could be a major sell the news event then.
