Brad, dexx:

I have a few questions, maybe you guys can help me:
1) How many shares are outstanding? Warrants, options?
2) Preferred stock, how many?
3) If the co. were to be liquidated, the $2,000,000 in cash goes to preferred stockholders right?
4) But, if it were to be liquidated then why would Mr. Pappajohn want to buy more common stock? No reason for that right?
5) Has anybody talked to the only part-time employee about the co.?

This one looks REALLY good, but remember: if it sounds too good to be true...
But hey, maybe this one will make me rich, who knows?

thanks a lot,
Mandinga

<<As I recall, one of those articles talked about Mr Pappajohn's investments showing an overall return of 70% per year over the past 25 years. He does have a remarkable track record. And for him to own 40% of PCES... well, let's just say that I'm happy to ride along with him.>>

Brad: I'm also very happy to ride on the PCES train. Forbes had some great things to say about Pappajohn. I live in Iowa (part of the time) and can tell you that his reputation is legendary. He and his wife are also the states largest philanthropists. Overall, Mr. Pappajohn is a FIRST CLASS individual and I can't say enough good things about him. There are no guarantees about where our PCES investment will end up BUT my hunch is that we could see a price that is many multiples of the current price <VBG>!!

Have a great weekend.

Best Regards,

Scott
