SmartStockAdvisor.com Report: Response to Recent Questions Over the last week several questions have been raised which we would like to address as best we can. Some answers, however, not possible now, will be forthcoming as we receive factual information. 1. We have been asked about what "outreach" Microphonics and SSA.com have been doing to broadcast Microphonics' story beyond the net. We cannot at this time comment about which brokerages Microphonics has met. As stated in the last press release, Ernst & Young is offering its services to gain Microphonics greater exposure in this area. SSA.com has received numerous inquires by email and phone from individual brokers interested in Microphonics. We have also issued several hundred emails and numerous phone calls to brokerages, mutual funds, newsletters and others broadcasting the Microphonics' story. 2. In the last press release, we mentioned that Microphonics has hired a new chief accounting officer who has 13 years experience in a big five accounting firm. This is so. As soon as she has officially started at Microphonics, more details will be forthcoming. 3. Various questions have been raised about what patents and/or trademarks or copyrights Microphonics holds; what is pending; and the status of these registrations. We have submitted these questions to Microphonics who will directly or through its patent attorney provide us with the legal status of these matters. When received, we will post this information verbatim. 4. Every day we get the question, "When will new contracts be announced?" We cannot directly answer this question, but we share with you the eagerness to see such contracts announced. Microphonics is now in discussion with a number of potential customers that indeed could result in major contracts. Also, they are now designing and testing some exciting new applications of their ultrasound technology. As soon as we have factual information about these contracts and can release details of these new technological applications, we will do so. 5. Members of SmartStockAdvisor.com will be visiting Nashville next week to discuss plans going forward. We will, at that meeting, be conducting an audio interview of Jimmy Gayle. While not all questions submitted can be addressed in this interview, we will try to cover as many as possible.
