are you implying Dell and Compaq buy form Koreans? How does the anti-dumping rule work here? or they buy for oversea production only?

On the contrary. The rumor I hear is that MU dumped a bunch of inventory on CPQ last month. Also recall that MU announced a deal whereby Presario buyers would get a coupon for discount memory. So the companies are still doing business.

Micron is flat out selling all they have and cannot totally make upfor the lack of product from Korea and the market demand is continuing to be very strong as it always is this time of year.
I think Mu is really going to gain major market share this quarter. What an opportunity....
I also talked to a major supplier who deals with many brokers and 2nd tier accounts and the phone is ringing off the hook, apparently product is hard to find especially
8mx8 pc100 sync and 128 Mbyte modules.
