OT GM, With the dramatic price declines we've witnessed in the DD sector, IMHO this is not a pressing issue. Additionally, I have to wonder whether at high RPM's, this would hold up as compared to conventional drives in terms of heat generated. Personally, I do not trust floppies, and this sounds like it would simply be many floppies packed together to form a platter. I will have to see it to believe it myself. I love innovation, but not at the expense of reliability. BK
