Since no one has responded to the documents filed on Edgar Online, here is my simplified take on them. Feel free to correct any errors or misinterpretations I may have made.
The good news first---Fonx says they have the state of the art technology on text to speech, voice interaction, and handwriting recognition for multimodal hardware and software platforms. This means practically unlimited markets, automotive, telephony, computers, semiconductors, entertainment, electronics, you name it. There is similar technology already on the market in some of these areas, but it will be outdated by Fonx's products by the year 2000, if it isn't already. It isn't already, because Fonx is only 85% finished with marketability, but they expect that to come by early 2000. Marketability has been secondary to research and development of top notch accuracy in speech and handwriting interfacing. What is on the market is already inferior to what Fonx has. (cont.)
