Hawaii,

Thanks for the post. That certainly relieved my concern. I was worried that the drop in IDTC price was due to the earnings for the current and someone might have the news in advance. If the earning is not a problem, I don't see any other reasons why IDTC will not move up.

RE: LD phone prices.
The phone companies have projections of how far down the LD prices will go. Some people predict that they will fall to virtually nothing and get bundled in with net usage. But the cost of providing it will also be next to nothing - except for mobile phone cards. So IDTC will make money on cards, and now on the infrastructure to South America and their continued ISP growth. They only need a small piece of the pie to justify their market cap - they are not AT&T.

h60, great call on the news and great move by idtc mgmt to forge this deal.

but unfortunately until idtc reports in late sept, i think at best it moves up slowly and in a hurky-jerky fashion. who would have thought idtc would disappoint on earnings when they were about to do the ntop ipo? this clearly has had a lingering effect.

hopefully idtc mgmt has worked out the growing pains, and will be on steadier course. clearly they have great vision in growing the company. now they need to focus on shareholder value, and if idtc mgmt helped to guide the analyst, they are well into there 12 step recovery plan for the stock price.
