The MM's are in control on PENC. They didn't want PENC to run.

No Danny you did not do all the DD on this stock I bet you are pumping this into there selling did you read SB2 sec filing(see below link) lets see now this makes ORTH ,HEAL, now maybe PENC . You better get on the ball my friend
