Jim,

but why should Nextel be allowed to buy, if it indeed happens, spectrum that was originally reserved for small businesses?

why can't WCOM and others be able to then bid for same, resulting in a new auction?

what will happen to the other c block winners, including those also in bk?

what about something for QC, compensating them for the recent "pioneer" ruling?

Ramsey

Jim: That is slightly better news than that Nextel intends to stonewall even 3rd gen CDMA, but do you agree that not having Nextel (historically non CDMA) in control of this spectrum and a Nextwave reorganization which permits a nationwide roll out of CDMA One using new evolving data initiatives and leading to early adoption of CDMA2000 would be much better - much much much better - using the famous Dr J 3 times for emphasis? When is Asia going to switch from that GMA to CDMA? This would mean zillions to its (the Q's)investors, would it not? Or are we already banking on the world to make the switch? Thanks in advance for your help.
