Yes.

The Coppermine will have a full speed 256K 667 MHz L2 Cache on chip - as opposed to the K7's off chip, half (or third) speed L2 cache.

Not to mention - the Coppermine will be 41% SMALLER than the K7 - so it will be manufacturable in very high volumes from the get-go.
