DRYD LOL, the party, is in my office RIGHT NOW!

Dry Dairy International, Inc. Announces Name Change Effective September
1, 1999

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dry Dairy International, Inc. (OTC BB:DRYD - news) announced today a name
change effective September 1, 1999.

The Company's new name will become Dryden Industries, Inc. The Company has requested the trading symbol remain DRYD.

In further news, the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with Ameri Acquisition Corp of Miami Florida (''Ameri'') to purchase the assets of Ameri. Ameri is a
specialty bakery that produces fresh baked goods for delivery to restaurants and grocery outlets in Florida.

The Company has been in litigation with Ameri over the termination of a distribution agreement signed between the two companies in November of 1997. The
dispute has been settled amicably and the resulting negotiations are an attempt to capitalize on the two Company's common interests.

The Company is currently undertaking a due diligence investigation of Ameri in order to properly value the transaction and determine the long-term potential of the
asset purchase.

The due diligence process should be completed by the end of August 1999 and if the investigation proves satisfactory, a definitive agreement to purchase the assets
of Ameri should be forthcoming at that time.
