The public offering was 6,000,000 shares. The number of shares OUTSTANDING is 66,000,000.

sorry I thought i read 6,000,000 shares. And a report from news this morning stated 6,000,000 shares also. If this isnt the number, my blow.

6,000,000 shares were sold to the public. The company insiders and private investors (like INTC, etc) retain 60,000,000-some-odd shares.
