I particularly liked the part about product in beta testing, which to me means that some OEM has completed design of a laptop product with a Valence battery. What we don't know at this point is how long it will take to transition from beta to a commercial product.

My notes said that with the current investment in equipment they can begin to produce at an annual rate of $76 million per year.

With IDB funds and an additional $11 million from Valence they can increase the capacity to an annual rate of $250 million.
