JDSU (Uniphase) makes chips, not the pumps, at least for the 980 nm. Lasertron bought chips from them and pumps from Oak --- at least based on the article you posted. So, now that Laserton isn't buying Oak's pumps, whose are they using? I'd guess SDLI's. The question arises whose chips they'd use as SDL only uses its own.

Perhaps someone knows more.
