The 8-K filed with the SEC this morning is available at FreeEdgar and probably at the other Edgar copy sites. It records the finalization and the details of the July 27 NAble merger including a complete copy of the merger agreement as an attachment. I have not had time to print it out and read it yet, but I would guess that the Agreement will answer a lot of the NAble-related questions - and, no doubt, raise some others.
