Manfred...have NEVER seen that before but I am guessing it refers to some deal they may do involving shares in an alliance or JV with the silicon stuff...interestig.

The "Silicon Isotope Transaction" is a hypothetical situation wherein Isonics sells (or merges, JV's) substantially all of its Si28 business and expertise, before a date certain. It's defined in the 8K, when you get to the fine print. I assume it's a protection for the new investors, but have only skimmed the document once.

All in all I thought the financing was done on a fairly reasonable basis, given the financial constraints. I continue to believe there must be something here vis a vis Si28, given all the activity taking place.
