Just spoke with Jeanette and she told me that the PR has been postponed indefinitely. She did not give a reason for it. I put in a voice mail for Carl Cassareto to call me back. I will post what I find out. what are the odds that someone actually came in and accumulated 1/2 the float in this stock, and the price doesn't stay up? A company who is looking to secretly buy out a company could be working with an MM to keep the price down and scare away potential and existing investors. That is how a company could have 1/2 the float gone but no movement in price. IOMH
