there seems to be a direct correlation between the 30 year note auctions and the market fall starting from 1:45 edt. Can someone please explain the relationship also can someone analyse the auction action briefly in a nutshell.

Regards

I agree. When OEX started lagging SPX and DOW the alarm sounded as did weakness in the NASDAQ. I watched too long waiting to see if it was a fake out before unloading but what is a 1/4 point among friends. <g>

Bond rate and TRIN is too high for me to go long and a weak support is holding so far so afraid to go short this late inthe day with PPI due out tomorrow. Also I have to wonder about Don's signals. Was yesterday a day one up, today a flat to slightly down and tomorrow could be another strong up day? I am going to work and call it a day.

I am planning on taking leave next week probably but not sure if I want to trade expiration and CPI on Tuesday so I might delay a week. I haven't made up my mind yet.

Good Luck,

Lee
