Regarding Hanil's customers: I was pleased to hear Lev state not only would they sell laminate, but that Valence would also serve as a 'second source' for Hanil (to the extent that Hanil could not provide the volume desired by the customer), AND that Valence would even supply the initial shipments of cells to the customers until Hanil was fully up to speed.

Given that many cellphone applications don't require a special design-in phase, it is conceivable that a Hanil customer could provide a PO to Hanil and Valence, which Valence would be shipping cells to this quarter.

Considering the 'stockpiling' notion, the company only needs to be a few weeks ahead of the game, to allow for the quarantine period, in order to have cells to ship 'at the drop of a hat' once the first such PO is received. When it comes close to such a decision point, they will schedule in production for this purpose. However, they would never produce a month's or more worth of output, just to have it sitting around in boxes.
