AJ, Interesting commentary about AXP. Oddly, I worked on a project with AXP Financial Direct to do long term planning for the direct brokerage business back in 1994. Their foray into the area bombed, the head of FD was fired and the whole BU was subsumed by AXP Financial Advisors. Needless to say the long term plan ws never used. At the time the business plan was ill defined and the results were UGLY. To this day I have never had and will never have a AXP card. KD
