My opinions to your post are:
1. I don't blame them for not giving a date. From past
experience if they are late by one day they will be
condemned by the nay sayers.
2. I agree. I had hoped for an earlier filing but they
may have a lot of catching up to do.
3. I think they want to leave that for a special
announcement by itself.
Again we go back the the word "patience" that we longs
are practicing very well.
Roberta

Brian, A couple of thoughts on the issues you raised:

>>>2. I was hoping the SEC filing would be done before December<<< I will ask SSA for a clarification of whether just the Form 10 filing or all of the SEC requirements for reporting status are scheduled to be completed (meaning full compliance) by mid-December (as the PR stated that E & Y will assist in the process starting in September).
3. Re the CAO hiring: The PR clearly states that Microphonics hired the CAO, who has "13 years experience as a senior manager with one of the big five firms"....and "will be responsible on a day to day basis for managing Microphonics' finances." That sounds like a full time MRPS employee to me! And I phoned Microphonics and was told that the CAO has not yet started work yet. Myles was not in, so I did not pursue it further. I would imagine that the we'll get more details from SSA when the new CAO is actually on the job.
