Telefonica deal is important as it partners IDTC with a major European Telco in an emerging market, as H60 mentioned earlier it is really not costing IDTC all that much, and in addition I would say it legitimizes what IDTC is doing. Someone out there recognizes the potential of IDTC and is willing to partner with us FOR THE LONG TERM, to build infrastructure in a potentially huge market. This says a lot. What is important for us at this point is to make earnings and hopefully have an upside surprise that would further legitimize the business model of this company and continued growth. At this point it is the only thing short of a buyout or investment partner bringing cash that will propel the stock. The fiasco of unspun shares will not be forgotten too soon. IDTC must win some trust back in those investors who followed IDTC expecting NTOP shares, spectacular growth and an expanding business, only to have this supplanted by mistrust and the suspicion of the shady deal. Have a cc, spin the post tax shares off (doesn't have to be 1:2), and be a little more open and up front with the investor community of what IDTC does and how and why we will survive and prosper. Too much, "fuc**** IDTC" sentiment right now (just look at the Yahoo board), and it will continue to affect share price unless it is confronted and corrected. This will take time and expense from IDTC, do they have the balls?

In addition, Telefonica makes us more tasty in a takeout attempt.

Is MLCO still on the bid?
