Ptask, You got a good point on "flow-throughs". Although all juniors must raise capital to explore, not all do so in an uncontrolled manner. Many take great care of avoiding heavy dilution and would rather stay withouth money for a while rather than issuing cheap paper. As for US investors buying Candadians... I see no problem if you understand the game and have a good broker. Commissions are still reasonable. I am not talking for traders here...but for investors. You buy now and wait a year or more.
