Guree : I have an idea thoze boyz could be running for cover. It's not my idea of fun to be short a few thousand tonnes of gold with rising lease rates, a change in market sentiment and the technicals pointing up!

Still, they might try a few trix.

took a peek at the back pages of today's (monday's) barron. the crb industrial price index as of 8/12/99 moved up 6 POINTS from the previous week....but, i understand, there is NO inflation....:(....back page means where all those barron's lab (?) numbers are located.....guru tom suddendly recalls that he is sitting in a library...goes over to the magazine - newspapers sections...pullls last weeks barron's off the shelf... and turns to back section---yes! it's called "Barron's Market Laboratory" section..under Economic Indicators, Pulse Of The Economy..and finally Inflation....CRB raw industrial index (BRIDGE)...currently (this week) at 266+...i think i got too much time on my hands...:)
