John,I suspect that the lack of disclosure of details of the licensing,royalty and consulting agreements with the Chinese Ministries may be at the request of the Chinese government or part of the deal.IMHO
In the CC, ML said no numbers would be released until after Sept 30th because at that time they would be able to report actual revenues(which they are receiving NOW from the gov't deals, as per ML in the CC) and do some projections based upon these deals, the Ericsson revenues will also be reported. I think this is smart on Zi's part because we all know how pissed analysts get if earnings expectations aren't met. And so far, no one has any expectations, only speculations, and the potential appears huge.
As ML pointed out, the product has been delivered to OEMs, Ericsson and Liberate for example, and Zi is just waiting for that revenue to kick in as the products are rolled out.

I can wait.
