Thanks, TED. I figured that wasn't your style.

Promotion to some extent is likely as necessary for tech startups as it is for resource juniors - you want to maintain some reasonable level of share price so you can do financings to get the capital to fund the business plan. Too low a share price at PP time will lead directly to a painful level of dilution, with long-term consequences for the company. Nobody with a vested interest resulting from their faith in management and the business plan wants that. The share market is supposed to be about getting capital into the hands which use it the most productively. So some reasonable and honest level of promotion is quite all right, imho. You have to tell your story. At the same time you have to avoid any suggestion of deception or pump&dump schemes. It's not easy. It doesn't even look easy.

Bill joining you put pinc on the screen for me. There must be something to this one.
But ... but but but - pinc is non-reporting. Nothing on edgar. No 10k, no SFA.
A publicly-traded company without publicly-available comprehensive audited up-to-date financials .... Woooo ... any trace, any hint of positive forward-looking statements is going to come across with the same stench of P&D hype as all the endless non-reporting PoS bulletin board share distribution schemes out there.

It is really important to get to fully-reporting status as soon as possible, imho.
I realise that it is an expensive process, and will suck huge amounts of valuable time when you would really rather be accomplishing something more directly conducive to cash flow. But it's fundamentally necessary to credibility, imho ... and therefore a basic step to building the business.

Not meaning to preach here ... just blathering on due to a severe bout of insomnia ... i know you are fully aware of this stuff, and will report when you can ... cheers
