Thanks for making this point:

"In short, the general policy of the exchange is that the price should be based upon full disclosure of all material changes in the company's affairs. Therefore, with respect to incentive stock options, the exchange no longer accepts any director or employee incentive stock options based upon a price prior to public disclosure of the involved material change."

I guess we will have to wait until December before any significant news can be announced. So the repricing is a double whammy, first we get screwed by the "pick pocketing" of $500,000 of additional cash that would have been realized if the options had been excercised at the original price and the repricing essentially damns us to no significant news for the foreseeable future. This is getting worse all the time. Great work Ari.
