In recent days we've been treated to stories about just how some Chinese officials say they would fight a war with the United States and of the various warnings that the Chinese have been delivering to Washington to stay out of their disagreements with Taiwan. Now we learn that the Chinese are mobilizing about 500,000 militiamen and reservists. The purpose of these men is take care of the home front, so to speak, while the People's Liberation Army invades Taiwan. China is even boasting that the Taiwanese couldn't possibly last longer than about five days. Remember, folks. We have a treaty with Taiwan which says we defend them if they are attacked by China? Do you think we're ready for that? The Chinese see Clinton as weak. How many Americans might die because of that weakness? LIFE IN A DEMOCRATIC AMERICA The Democratic Party National Convention is going to be in California next year. Now the California Democratic Party has issued a statement spelling out just exactly how many gays, lesbians, disabled persons and minorities should be California delegates to the convention. Here's the line up: Men – 50% Women – 50% Hispanic – 26% Black – 16% Disabled – 10% Asian-Pacific Islander – 9% Gay – 5% Lesbians – 5% Indian – 1% That's Democrats for you. All of these categories speak to group identity, none speak to individual identity. Individual excellence, character, morality, ability and accomplishment mean nothing to liberals. You are merely a member of a group, nothing more. Individualism is to be discouraged. It's not individual rights, it's group rights. Life in a Democratic America. PROBABLY A REAL TASTE TREAT TOO Hotline is reporting that there's a New York deli that is offering a "Hillary Clinton sandwich," described as "a lot of baloney on two wide buns." I guess Hotline hasn't heard about the Hillary Bucket at the local chicken fast food place. Two tiny breasts and two huge drumsticks.
