The business model is fine. I just don't like KPMG or any of the big six accounting/consulting firms, it is THEIR business model I have a problem with, very top heavy in terms of compensation for non-contributing partners, the rest of the consulting staff are very junior. This works better for accounting than tech, thats what we have seen in software. If you use KPMG or Price on an implementation you absolutely have to head it up with some independent knowledgeable person, then backfill with their people. Anyway I don't know what it takes to do cisco stuff, maybe KPMG can handle it.
