A Question Re: Option Prices.

Were certain option prices recently reduced? I didn't notice a news release. It would be a big surprise though, as there has already been substantial reductions in the past.

Hi Ari, as always I appreciate your legwork.

Now, how do we organize a "shareholder's Protest" to the VSE about PYNG's "attempt" to reprice options ???

Perhaps loud "public" noises to the effect that this sort of thing should NOT be approved in order to enhance the VSE's "move towards" respectability might be in order. Maybe a form "Protest Letter" could be posted on this forum along with potential delivery methods to the right party(s) in the VSE ?

Well,

I hope you realize what is going on...

17 voices have been heard up to now (representing more than 250 000 shares) and none have supported managements' decision to continue ignoring us, the minority shareholders, by either repricing options or just plain leaving us on the curb by the lack of information.

Would the same individuals be representing the shareholders if management had not such a controlling interest? Something to think about ..... Is this really democracy? Aren't director's supposed to represent shareholders? Would it be that difficult to hand over certain aspects to other individuals? Don't you get the feeling there is a lack of confidence in management?

I am willing to have a conference call with the company's legal advisor in this regard on behalf of the minority shareholders if the company is up to it. If so, I am willing to give you a number where I could be reached at during the day. If not, I will use all my sources in Vancouver, be it a law firm, the VSE or the BCSC to be heard!

Once, twice .... but not thrice.

I seriously hope that management is still reading this thread ... if so I suggest you consult your legal advisor!
